I just knew I had to do this, change career and give my whole-hearted attention to others in a deeper, more meaningful manner. The essence of my approach lies in truly listening, sharing and connecting.

Listening to what it is that is bothering you, sharing concepts and ideas of how to address it, with tolerance and kindness and connecting with who we really are and setting it free.

During our sessions we move through various processes and we practice skills to bring on these changes. Hypnosis is used to amplify and target these areas we are working with in a way that our mind can absorb them more efficiently and deeper than during a conversation when our critical thinking might sabotage them.

I myself suffered from anxiety in the past and tried various alternatives, none worked until I “stumbled across” hypnotherapy to treat a flying phobia.

I was attracted by this science evidence-based approach. I found that not only it was targeted and had a solution-based approach, but most importantly, it allowed me to understand what was going on and learn new skills to be active and fully involved in the process of my recovery.

It is therefore, today, a pleasure for me to transfer this knowledge to my clients. It is extremely rewarding to see the progress and a new sense of empowerment that they experience.

I transitioned from a successful corporate career (Private Banking) to train and qualify as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in London and remotely with an international client base (offering my services in English, French and Spanish). I specialise in anxiety, work stress management and pain management. I also work with a range of symptoms such as sleep issues, confidence, phobias, public speaking, habits, exam related stress and sport performances and others.
